Q: Can I return item(s) for a refund or exchange? 

A: At this time due to Covid 19 and the safety of myself and others ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns or exchanges.

Q: How long after I placed an order will my item(s) ship? 

A. Please allow up to 3 calendar days for fulfillment.

Q: How long after I receive the pick-up notification do I have to actually pick up in store? 

A. Your order will be ready in 48 hours after it's been placed. You then have 14 days (business days and weekends) to pick up your item or it will be forfeited.
